William Biss

William Biss has a Master of Arts in Sociology, Gender Studies and Criminology from the University of Otago.

His research focuses on how New Zealand’s pseudolaw adherent (also known as sovereign citizen) population has evolved and adapted to suit New Zealand’s conditions, as well as how to respond to and prevent further the growth of this and similar extremist movements.
